It is easy to get dehydrated in the summer

<p>I did not even realize it until my feet, ankles and calves were swollen that I was seriously dehydrated. It is important, especially when you are active, to drink lots of water. Now I just carry around my steel mug and fill it up at least five times a day. Drinking water should be a habit just like brushing your teeth. And even though I am not a fan of the taste, I feel WAY better now. No more swollen extremities.
