I have been consuming approximately 2000 calories per day and exercising aerobically for 4 sessions per week for between 45-60 minutes per session and 1 session of weight training for 60 minutes. I can’t seem to lose last layer of fat on thighs, butt and stomach (about 1 inch) - what do I need to do?

What has been your weight loss progress up this point? How much weight have you lost and how much more do you want to lose? Usually the last few pounds which tend to be in the stomach, hips and butt areas are the toughest to lose. I would stick to what you are doing and perhaps lower your calorie intake just a little bit. It seems like you’ve plateaued.

I think there is only one solution for that is you have to concentrate on the exercise, consult with a good trainer ask him about the effective exercises to reduce this fat. There are many exercise which can help to reduce that last layer of the fat.

There is no doubt that exercise is the major thing to lose weight but there are some food supplements which are good and marvelous.
