I cannot remmember how long have I suffered insomnia night after night and find no feasible solutions, i listened to light music, did exercise…but all worked not so well. i continued not able to sleep fast. what’s the matter is it and how to fix it? Are there any good methods to fix insomnia?

Hello,
I guess the best way is to do Power Yoga and do it every 3 days a week. It not only calms your mind but also helps you in staying fit and keeping you healthy. It helps you get good sleep at night.
Also try swimming in the evenings. They tend to tire your body and you might feel sleepy.
Drink a warm glass a milk during winters.
