Thiamine


Thiamine, or what we know as vitamin B1, plays an important role in converting fat and carbohydrates from the food we eat into energy. This vitamin not only boosts the immune system, but help in improving your immune system as well. People who have vitamin B1 deficiency may experience wasting or extreme fatigue.

Riboflavin

Vitamin B6


Vitamin B6 is important in maintaining your body and mind healthy. Actually, this vitamin is necessary not only in the metabolism of over a hundred enzymes, but also in the breakdown and production of amino acids.

Vitamin B12


Aside from enhancing energy, vitamin B12 is necessary for the absorption of calcium, improvement of concentration and memory, production of red blood cells, and prevention of anemia.
