I just go out of my way to walk more than necessary. I walk to the grocery store, to run errands, I even take the stairs to my office on the fourth floor in the morning. I also get off of the bus before my stop in the afternoon-depending on how I feel, I sometimes get off a mile or so from my apartment. If I am tired, I might only get off one stop before. The point is taking a few minutes to get moving and invest in my health. Exercise not only keeps you healthy, it also enhances your mood. So you are healthier and happier. What better reason to get moving.
